Trade Show

The Wildlife Asia Trade Show will be combined with our delegate's lounge/cafe room - an area that will generate considerable traffic as well as provide exhibitors with a captive audience.

Exhibitors have a choice of booths:

Our standard 3 x 3 meter booth, with two or three walls, cost between US$2,500 - US$3,000 (depending on placing) for the 4 days. (We can offer larger booths, subject to space). Hiring of this size booth for 4 days also entitles the exhibitor to two complimentary full delegates passes (valued at US$1,000) and a 20% discount on further passes.

We can also offer simpler booths - single tables with or without a single wall - prices ranging from US$500 to US$800 for 4 days, or US$150 to US$250 per day.

We also have a small number of table booths that we will offer at cost to NGOs.
