Outside of the main Wildlife Asia Film Festival, Wildlife Asia will run a series of initiatives on an on-going basis throughout the year. These initiatives will be either public, educational or TV industry based (or a combination of these).
All initiatives will have a common aim -
to nurture wildlife filmmaking in Asia and use the media to motivate active support for conservation and the environment.
We have identified a number of ways by which we can further contribute to industry development and education in the region. Namely through the following:
Film Screenings
Youth Training Initiatives
Film Scholarships and Production Funding Awards
Educational Outreach support for NGOs
